Description
The beautiful and spacious apartment LA MAQUINILLA contains 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces and is close to everything!
The Master bedroom has King Size bed with excellent mattress! The other beds are provided with good quality mattresses as well. In the living room there is a sleeping couch for two persons.
There are two bathrooms: one with bathub + shower, bidet, toilet and sink and the second with shower, toilet and sink.
There are three terraces: The Sun terrace on the third floor is overlooking the sea and the mountains.
La Maquinilla is located in a typical Spanish neighborhood.
In the apartment there is free Wi-Fi and many international TV and radio channels: German, English, French, etc.
The supermarket Mercadona is located 4 minutes walk.
There are hot-cold air conditioning hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. We provide are towels, bed linen, towels for the beach, tea towels, etc. Nothing is missing!
The refrigerator has a freezer compartiment.
The hob has two rounds with propane gas and two with vitro ceramic.
There are two types of coffee machines and also Thé equipment..
At about 8 walking minutes there is a “petanque”. Place.

We are in the apartment when you arrive. For all problems, we are near!
A car is not necessary but if you have a car, there’s a free parking lot on 4 minutes on foot.
