The apartment nº 58 in bloc 1, has been fully renovated to a very high standard. It has two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate kitchen.

The apartment is on the first floor, just 7 steps away from the lift, but If you don’t want to use the lift there are 16 steps to climb. In the living come dining room there is a flatscreen TV with USB socket and with a wide selection of international TV and radio channels.

As in all of Nuttee’s other apartments there is free WiFi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and all of the kitchen utensils that you could want. There is a air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, and there is a fan in the second bedroom.
From the living room there is a small terrace from which you can see some of the shopping area of Calle Huertos and into Calle Frigiliana. The sun is on the terrace from around noon until till late in the afternoon.

The pool is open throughout the year, and there is also a splash pool for the children. You can sun bathe all day and every day on the lawn around the pool.

The location is ideal: on the North-South axis the apartment is in the middle of the shopping street Calle Huertos and between the apartments CASA CHARLOTTE and CARABEO 2000, and on the East-West axis it is between the Hotel PARADOR and the Hotel PRINCESS. The BALCON DE EUROPA is just a short walk of 500-600 m.
There is a bakery, a supermarket, a shoe shop and at least a dozen restaurants in Calle Huertos or in the surrounding streets of Calle Frigiliana and Calle San Pedro. Carabeillo and Carabeo beaches are just 150 m away and the famous and busy BURRIANA beach is no more than 250 m- 300 m.

The CORONADO building is easily to find. – if you are coming by car from the main road you take the Calle Rodriguez Acosta until you come to the fountain where you turn right into Calle Huertos. The entrance to the apartments is on the right hand side just before the junction with Calle Frigiliana (just next to a restaurant).
– If you are coming by bus the easiest way is to walk East from the bus stop, following the main road Avda de Pescia until you reach the petrol station. Cross the road, heading for the newspaper kiosk, and turn right into Calle Ruperto Anduez. At the end of that street you are facing the rear of Edificio CORONADO. Turn right and then immediately left into Calle Frigiliana. When you reach the cross roads with Calle Huertos turn left, and the entrance to the CORONADO apartments is just 8 m along, on the left hand side.
