This well appointed, new, self catering holiday rental apartment enjoys one of the most sought after positions in Nerja. Being at 200 m of the PLAYA LA TORRECILLA it is just a few minutes level stroll to the Balcon de Europa and is opposite supermarket MAS and close to Super market COVIRAN. This top (4th) floor apartment has magnificent mountain views from the terrace. Our pictures below give you a feeling for the view you can take in whilst breakfasting or taking a drink out on your terrace. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is a complete bathroom and a shower room. Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). The fully integrated kitchen includes washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob plus microwave. The lounge is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas and chairs. There is English satellite TV and two fans. The building itself has two elevators, secure parking place which can be rented at 40 Euro per week or 120 Euro per month.
